Mission Statement:
The Pataskala Utility Department is dedicated to supplying the consumers with the highest quality potible drinking water possible. The department also does its best to protect the environment by treating the wastewater generated in the City and discharging high quality effluent into the South Fork of the Licking River. Another of our more important goals is to provide the consumer with the best service possible. Our customer service department stands ready to help you with your questions. If you need to speak with someone regarding billing, a water or wastewater issue in your home or are aware of an emergency such as a water leak or sewer backup please call 740-964-6275 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. For other times, we have a 24 hour emergency number. This number is 740-927-6867. Staff at this facility will contact service people who are on call and available for after hour emergencies.
The Utilities Department has nine full-time employees.
