The Thomas J. Evans Foundation Park, the City's largest park, is an active park that can be accessed from McIntosh Road, John Reese Parkway, and Bent Tree Lane. Foundation Park encompasses nearly 78 acres, 22 of which is wooded.

The amenities in this park include 3 softball diamonds, 6 soccer fields, 2 basketball courts, 2 playgrounds, 2 sand volleyball courts, 2 concession stands that are open during sport seasons, and the Conaway shelter house located in the wooded area.
In its preliminary stage, Foundation Park is also now boasting a 1.4 mulch topped walking trail that encompasses the entire park and wooded area. Hopes are to finalize the location and work toward more permanent topping (asphalt or gravel) in the future.
Foundation Park is the site of the annual Pataskala Antique Power Show. The Antique Power Show features gas engines, tractors, industrial equipment, as well as cars and trucks. Events included a tractor pull, tractor backing contest, kiddie tractor pull, and various equipment demonstrations.
