The Thomas J. Evans Foundation Park, the City's largest park, is an active park that can be accessed from McIntosh Road, John Reese Parkway, and Bent Tree Lane. Foundation Park encompasses nearly 78 acres, 22 of which is wooded.
The amenities in this park include 3 softball diamonds, 6 soccer fields, 2 basketball courts, 2 playgrounds, 2 sand volleyball courts, 2 concession stands that are open during sport seasons, and the Conaway shelter house located in the wooded area.
Foundation Parks hosts the youth Spring and Fall soccer programs and the Spring girls softball program.

Foundation Park is the site of the annual Pataskala Antique Power Show. This year's event is scheduled for September 23rd-25th. The Antique Power Show features gas engines, tractors, industrial equipment, as well as cars and trucks. Events included a tractor pull, tractor backing contest, kiddie tractor pull, and various equipment demonstrations.
On May 28th, the Local Boy Scouts will be hosting a Flag Retirement Ceremony at the Park beginning at 4:30pm. Retiring flags may be dropped off at the City Administration Building for the ceremony.
