Pothole Repair
Causes of Potholes
The City of Pataskala's Street Department is continually filling potholes in an effort to maintain the City's streets. Poholes can be caused by weather conditions. Freezing and thawing of roads, in addition to excess moisture on, or under, roadways can cause potholes. Additionally, the age of the asphalt on a road can play a factor in creating potholes.
Reporting a Pothole

The City of Pataskala encourages residents to report any potential hazardous pothole that is located on any City street. To report a pothole, please call the Director of Public Services at 740-927-0145. If calling after business hours, please leave a message with the location of the pothole. The Street Department will assess the pothole and fill if deemed necessary. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we continue to strive to maintain the City's streets.
