Credit Card Payment Form
Make a credit card payment directly to Mayor's Court using Visa or MasterCard credit and debit cards. Complete the form in the link below and mail it to:

The Credit Card Payment Form may also be completed and e-mailed to the Mayor's Court Clerk at
tmcferin@ci.pataskala.oh.us. Additionally, forms may be completed and dropped in the black payment box located in front of Pataskala City Hall, located at 621 West Broad Street. Payments dropped in the box must be secured in a sealed envelope.
There is a 3% convenience fee when paying by credit or debit card.
Note: If you don't see your credit payment posted to your account within 5 days, it's suggested that you call the Court at 740-927-3361 to make sure your payment was received
