Welcome to the Pataskala Division of Utilities Customer Service Department. We are located at 621 W. Broad St. Ste 1D. Our office hours are from 8am to 4pm, Monday-Friday. Our department provides water and/or sewer billing and service for 1800 residents within the city limits and 1200 outside the city limits. We are currently working on adding pertinent information and forms to our website for your convenience. Water and/or Sewer Billing
Water and Sewer bills are always mailed by the last working day of each month and are due on the 15th of the following month. Failure to receive a bill does not excuse penalties or charges against a customer's account.
Payments may be made in person or by mail, at 621 W. Broad St. There is also a drop box at this address for after hours use. The drop box is located at the right side of the front entrance to City building at 621 W. Broad St.
Automatic Payment Deduction is also offered. Customers may opt to have the payment deducted from their checking account on the 10th of each month. Please contact the billing office or visit our forms section on the website to print a form for your completion.
You may also pay your bill on "Official Payments" website using our jurisdiction code 7813.
Late Charges: Current charges are subject to an additional charge of 10% if not paid by due date.
Disconnection Procedure: If a customer is in a disconnect situation the notice will be printed on the bill. Total amount due must be paid and received in the Billing Office, by close of business on the 15th to avoid disconnection.
