When entering the court room for an appearance, please follow these rules:
- Check in with the Clerk of Court located at the entrance of the court room.
- Turn off/do not use cell phones, pagers, or any other electronic device.
- Do not talk, unless when necessary for court proceedings.
- No smoking, eating, or use of abusive/foul language.
- Proper clothing required (no shorts, halter tops, tank tops, hats, etc...)
- Do not be late for Court. Court starts at 2:00 PM prompt. It is suggested that you arrive between 1:30 and 1:45 to check in. Defendant's are heard on a first come, first serve basis.
