The Board of Zoning Appeals is a five member citizen board charged with hearing and deciding issues in which an applicant seeks relief from the application of the City's zoning regulations. Th five members of the board are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by a majority vote of City Council and serve overlapping four year terms.
The Board of Zoning Appeals hears applications for variances, conditional uses and other appeals that may be made. The Board meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 6:30 P.M.

Board of Zoning Appeals meetings are held at 6:30 pm on their scheduled days.
