Job Ready Site (JRS) - Pataskala Corporate Park
 
The City of Pataskala is home to one of the premier manufacturing and industrial sites in the State of Ohio.  The 300+ acre site is located at the intersection of State Route 16 (Broad Street) and Mink Street.  It is zoned "Planned Manufacturing" and offers an ideal location for commerce.  
 

Upon the completion of the JRS roadway, the site will be traversed by a roadway linking State Route 16 with U.S. Route 40 (The National Road) and will result in easier access to Interstate 70.
 
The JRS is also part of a larger 500+ acre area comprising the City's Joint Economic Development District (JEDD).  The JEDD represents a partnership between the City, the City of Newark, and Harrison Township designed to improve infrastructure in an around the JRS area.  A 1.75% income is to be imposed in this area for this purpose.
 
The area has available or within easy access of the site, all necessary utilities for development including the possibility of access to fiber based telecommunications.  The site is within an existing fiber ring.

Southgate Corporation would like to announce the City of Pataskala has approved this 90 acre parcel on Hazelton Etna Road (Rt. 310), on the southern side of the city, for a mixed use development. As you can see from the Aerial view, we have 28.7 acres approved for 104 condominiums and 26.4 acres approved for 172 apartments and an assisted living lifestyle center. Also there is 38+ acres zoned for commercial property with outlots.
